Our Fall 2016 All Saints Class Schedule will be posted late July-early August.  Thanks!

This fall, The Art Spark will begin to teach art classes after school on Tuesdays at All Saints! Class will be immediately after school, from 3:15-4:15.
Things to note:

  1. The school year will be divided up into different themed sessions.
  2. Classes will be held in the art room.
  3. From 3:00-3:15 children can bring a snack to eat in the art room with The Art Spark teachers that is nut-free.
  4. Feel free to come in the lab after our classes and see what we have worked on! (Projects are frequently wet or in progress and can’t be taken home the same day.)

*If there is a snow day (ha!) , class will be cancelled that day. A credit for your class will roll over to the next session. We do not refund snow days.  Please, take $14 out of the total.

Class Theme Description: Mystery Box
Back by popular demand is The Art Spark’s magical Mystery Box. Each week we will begin by singing a song about the Mystery Box before opening it to see what magic is inside. The box will contain different art materials and mysteries for Sparklers to ignite imagination with. Below we have listed out what materials will be inside, but shhhhh! It’s a surprise!
Week 1: Rocks
What will these rocks become? Painted gold nuggets to create maps for and search for? Bedazzled rare gems that they can trade? Sparklers will use a full paint, bead, and gem bar to create rocks as only a Sparkler can imagine them!
Weeks 2: Socks
Sparklers will transform their socks using their imagination. We will create diagrams to think of different ways to utilize our socks. Could they become a stuffed animal? Could they be puppets?
Weeks 3 & 4: Sand and Model Magic

Sparklers will create a scene inspired by Sand! Will they create a beach? Sand dunes? An underwater world? It’s up to Sparklers to decide! Sparklers will create a mixed-media project including drawings, sculpture, and sand to create something unique and beautiful.
How do I sign-up?

Enrolling your child is easy on our website. Please enroll below. Our classes usually fill, so be sure to sign-up early to secure your spot!

How do I pay?
Please make a check out to: All Saints
and give it to us, (The Art Spark teachers) the first day of each session.  The total will vary based on the length of the session. The cost is $14 per class. Each session will be approximately 6 weeks long. There are no classes the week of Thanksgiving.  Enroll for the entire year and receive a discount. You will not need to fill this form out again if you select & pay for the entire year. 

If you choose for your child to attend the rest of the year, please read below carefully:

If you choose to sign up for the entire year on our enrollment form, you will receive a 5% discount on every check owed.   For example: A seven week session will cost $86.45. You will also no longer need to fill out a new form for each new session. Should you cancel after selecting this option, there is a $20 cancellation fee.  If you need to cancel, please give us a call (513-936-8333) or send us an e-mail: create@theartspark.com 

What kinds of projects will you be doing?

Classes will be split up into sessions based on different themes. At the beginning of each class we will ask questions, diagram ideas, and brainstorm solutions to create unique projects. Children will use a plethora of art materials including but not limited to: oil pastels, watercolor, colored pencils, crayons, markers, felt, paper mache, clay, model magic, and more!

What should I do if  I know my child is going to miss a class?
If you know in advance that your child will not be able to make it to specific classes, please let us know before the session begins and we will prorate the session for you.  If your child misses a class unexpectedly due to illness or a change of events, schedule a make-up class for your child to attend at our studio.  You can choose a class to attend for  a make-up from our class schedule .  Please send us an e-mail or give us a phone call to let us know when you would like your child to come in.  We will not refund for classes missed unexpectedly.
