This fall, The Art Spark will teach art classes after school on Tuesdays at All Saints! Class will be immediately after school, from 3:15-4:15.
Things to note:
- The school year will be divided up into different themed sessions.
- Classes will be held in the art room.
- From 3:00-3:15 children can bring a snack to eat in the art room with The Art Spark teachers that is nut-free.
- Feel free to come in the lab after our classes and see what we have worked on! (Projects are frequently wet or in progress and can’t be taken home the same day.)
- If you are running late or have a sick child, please be sure to text Miss Emily at 513-324-2025.
*If there is a snow day, class will be cancelled that day. A credit for your class will roll over to the next session. We do not refund snow days.

Class Theme Description: Story Tellers
Sparklers will begin my working as a team to write a story this session. The first class will be centered around writing a story with characters we love, places we imagine, and problems to solve! Once we have created a story as a team we will hard to create different aspects of the story to make the tale come-to-life! Will we want to make costumes and become characters from the story? Will we paint a backdrop of where the story takes place? Will we perform our story as a puppet show? Will we sculpt props from the story? Imagination will ignite as Sparklers customize projects and create different parts of their story. Throughout the session we will provide and use a variety of art materials. We will always show students different techniques with the materials, but will focus on them discovering their own creative process! Things we may learn: paper mache, plaster molding, sewing, clay sculpting, painting, and more!

Enrolling your child is easy on our website. Please enroll below. Our classes usually fill, so be sure to sign-up early to secure your spot!
How do I pay?
Please make a check out to: All Saints and give it to us, (The Art Spark teachers) the first day of each session. The total will vary based on the length of the session. The cost is $14 per class. Each session will be approximately 6 weeks long. There are no classes the week of Thanksgiving. Enroll for the entire year and receive a discount. You will not need to fill this form out again if you select & pay for the entire year.
Where do I pick-up?
Please allow us the full amount of time to wrap up projects. Once class is over at 4:15, we will pack up and dismiss students to parents at the side entrance near the art room. (Across from gym and garden area.)
What kinds of projects will you be doing?
Classes will be split up into sessions based on different themes. At the beginning of each class we will ask questions, diagram ideas, and brainstorm solutions to create unique projects. Children will use a plethora of art materials including but not limited to: oil pastels, watercolor, colored pencils, crayons, markers, felt, paper mache, clay, model magic, and more!
What should I do if I know my child is going to miss a class?
If you know in advance that your child will not be able to make it to specific classes, please let us know before the session begins and we will prorate the session for you. If your child misses a class unexpectedly due to illness or a change of events, schedule a make-up class for your child to attend at our studio. You can choose a class to attend for a make-up from our class schedule . Please send us an e-mail or give us a phone call to let us know when you would like your child to come in. We will not refund for classes missed unexpectedly.
