Oo la la!  A fancy new salon (no haircutting, only hairstyling) just opened up in Art Spark city.  Sparklers will act as the new owners of this snazzy new space.  Will we need couches and magazine in our waiting area? What about yummy beverages and snacks?  Sinks and foot tubs? Chairs for clients?  Aprons to keep our salon tools in?  Mirrors? A reception desk?  Nail polish swatches?
