Calling all Penguins! Junior Sparklers will work on identifying the parts of a penguin before setting out to create their very own penguin costumes! What makes their penguin special? A scarf, a hat, fairy wings? Junior Sparklers will make their own unique penguin costumes and then wrap up camp with a penguin parade!
