The Art Spark is offering after school art classes to students at Saint Margaret of York in Loveland. –This class will take place at Saint Margaret of York on Thursdays.

When is class?
Thursdays from 3:05-4:10 PM
What grades is this class for?
Grades K-4. If your child is in 5th or 6th grade and wants to come, they are welcome to!
Where is class held?
Class is held in the art room. We pick up the students from the gym at 3:05 PM. Class will go until 4:10 PM.
Please allow us the full amount of time to wrap up projects. Once class is over at 4:10, we will have parents pick up their children from the art room. Please, note you will need to sign your child out with a teacher before they can leave the classroom!
How do I pay?
Payment can be submitted by hitting continue on our enrollment form. This will take you to a site where you can pay using a credit card or via Paypal. The total will vary based on the length of the session. The cost is $14 per class. Each session will be approximately 6 weeks long.
What happens if there is a snow day?
*If there is a snow day, class will be cancelled that day. A credit for your class will roll over to the next session. We do not refund for snow days.

Who are my children’s teachers?
The teachers that will be teaching The Art Spark at SMOY are Miss Terri and Miss Hannah. Both have worked at The Art Spark for several years and have been background checked and have VIRTUS training! Fun fact, Miss Terri has taught at a Montessori school for many years and Miss Hannah is a very talented artist herself! To read more about them go HERE.
What kinds of projects will you be doing? Classes will be split up into sessions based on different themes. At the beginning of each class we will ask questions, diagram ideas, and brainstorm solutions to create unique projects. Children will use a plethora of art materials including but not limited to: oil pastels, watercolor, colored pencils, crayons, markers, felt, paper mache, clay, model magic, and more!
What should I do if I know my child is going to miss a class? If you know in advance that your child will not be able to make it to specific classes, please let us know before the session begins and we will prorate the session for you. We will not refund for classes missed unexpectedly.

It’s A Winter Wonderland!
Join us as we celebrate the beauty of winter and explore exciting art techniques that embrace all that is cold! We will use soap to sculpt, fluffy shaving cream and glue mixtures to decorate houses, sculpt skiers that can truly race, and paint on canvas board to make a unique snowscape.
