Camps are drop off camps designed to help your child explore art materials, ask questions, learn answers, solve problems, and gain independence. All camps are centered around creating & art. We will use a variety of art materials in each camp. (Including but not limited to: clay, paint, watercolors, glue, beads, markers, crayons, plaster, paper, etc.) All camps will be held at our Main Avenue location.
Dec 26: Snowman Stuffed Animal Factory
Ages: 5-9 years
Time: 9-NOON
Cost: $50 per child
Have you ever wanted a snowman to come to life? At this camp, IT WILL! (OLAF!) Sparklers will work to sketch a snowman character before brainstorming different ways they could create a snowman stuffed animal. Will their snowman or snow woman have lots of special accessories? Will they have funny names? Goofy hair? Elegant clothing? Sparklers will work to create their very own snowman stuffed animal!
Dec 26: Winter Carnival
Ages: 5-9 years
Time: 1-4 PM
Cost: $50 per child
Sparklers will work to create a Winter Carnival. What activities will they need? A snowball fight? Icicle swords fighting, a Snowman dunking booth? An ice skating rink? Lights? A snowball slingshot? Will they need prizes for games and tickets? They will work for most of the camp, and then take turns playing the different games they create!
Dec 27: The Mystery of Jack Frost!
Ages: 6-9 years
Time: 9-NOON
Cost: $50 per child
Jack Frost snuck into The Art Spark studio and left us with an icy trail and froze all the paint in the studio. We will work to create character sketches, spy gear, and whatever we think we need to catch this cold culprit!
Dec 27: Arctic Zoo Babies
Ages: 6-9 years
Time: 1-4 PM
Cost: $50
There are so many adorable animals living up in the North Pole! Narwhals, penguins, polar bears, otters and more! Sparklers will work to create stuffed-animal versions of the animal of their choice. They will then think of and create whatever their zoo baby needs. Does the animal need a bottle? diapers? toys? A blanket?
Dec 28: Imagine Igloos
Ages: 5-9 years
Time: 9-NOON
Cost: $50
There’s a snowball fight in the North Pole and the only way to protect ourselves is to build an igloo! This team-tastic camp will focus on working together to create an igloo that can protect Sparklers from this nasty snowball fight. Will we cover our igloo in icicles? Will we have a fire to keep us warm inside? Will we enclose our igloo, or keep it open on top so we can retaliate?! Once we have created our igloo as a team, we will then work to create mini igloos we can take home to remember our special day.
Dec 28: Frozen Treats CLOSED

Time: 1-4 PM

So many delicious desserts are created by freezing! Sparklers will work to sculpt there very own delicious ice cream treats out of clay. They will then work to create ice cream (the real stuff!) as a team to enjoy. (Ice cream will be made using half and half, vanilla, and sugar)
Jan 2: Ice Castles
Ages: 6-9 years only
Time: 9-4 PM
Cost: $130
Sparklers will each receive their very own wooden castles that they can embellish however they choose! Will they add interior decor? Paint and glitter seal their castle? Sculpt people to live in their castle? It’s up to the Sparklers to choose how they will customize these amazing castles!
Jan 3: Snow Slime Wizards
Ages: 7-10 years
Time: 9-Noon
Cost: $50
Sparklers will test their imagination and artistic abilities as they create wands and spell books to to put their slime recipes in! We will then work to create two different snow-like slimes!
Jan 3: Sensational Skiing CLOSED
Ages: 5-9 years
Time: 1-4 PM
Cost : $50
Sparklers will work to create skiers that can race around The Art Spark studio! Throughout this process we will work solve a number of problems. How can we create mini skiers? How can we build a hill? What can make our skiers go more fast or more slow ? It is possible to build a ski lift? So many fun challenges await!
Jan 4 : Hot Chocolate Stand
Ages: 5-9 years
Time: 9- NOON
Cost: $50
Hot Chocolate 4 Sale! Sparklers will brainstorm what all they will need to successfully launch their very own hot chocolate stand. Will they need to sculpt mugs? Built a stand? Create a cash register? We will conclude camp by working to perfect our very own (real) hot chocolate recipes. (We will have milk, chocolate chips, and whip cream for this portion of camp)
Jan 4: Snow Globes
Ages: 6-9 years
Time: 1-4 PM
Cost: $50
Sparklers will imagine what they would want to create to live inside a snow globe. They will then sculpt, paint, and draw all that they would like to exist in their snow globes. We will then create tiny snowflakes to fall inside their snow globes!
