E-Mail is the most efficient way of getting ahold of us! We have a studio phone but, are not always in the studio due to having programs through out Cincinnati during the week. A good time to place a phone call would be:
Mondays: 8:30am-11:45am
Tuesdays: 8:30am-11:45am
Thursdays: 8:30am-11:45am
Fridays: 8:30am-11:20am and 5:30pm-8:15pm
We cannot guarantee that we will always be able to pick-up as we teach in studio classes at these times, but we will always try to get back to you ASAP.
