Data Collection

We ask for our customers contact information on our enrollment forms so that we can contact them regarding important reminders or in case of an emergency. In particular we use phone numbers to text camp reminders and e-mail addresses to send out future event announcements. Both our text messages and emails offer an opt out option. 

Data Storage

We store payment and enrollment information using a secure management software called IClassPro. We store all other information using our secured Google Drive (two point authentication). 

Protection

We keep strong safeguards to protect the information you have shared with us. We maintain physical and electronic safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal financial information.

Third Parties

In addition, we may disclose phone number and e-mail information above to trusted and established third parties with iron clad policies regarding using information. Examples of these organizations include the following:

• Third parties that administer and support our services (such as Mailchimp and Text Em All);
• Financial service entities (such as accountants)
• We do not sell or share text opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
